This is a fun program of movement to music and Gymnastics for your toddler and you. Each week you will help your toddler explore the endless possibilities for body awareness and coordination through the use of tumbling and climbing equipment, hoops, balls, balance beams, bars, rings and trampoline. See your child's self-confidence soar through the media of music and tumbling. Most of all you and your toddler will have fun in the caring and friendly atmosphere at GymFit.
LITTLE PARTNERS: Family Gym class for Children ages 1 to 5 years and their parents or care givers
This Fun program for kids and their "grown up" includes a circle/action time to music, trampoline, bars, balance beams and obstacle course with age appropriate activities. Your family will have fun moving and learning together. Convenient family class times are scheduled on Saturdays, evenings and mornings.

GYMKIDS: A Drop off class for 3 - 6 years
This program is a combination of Gymnastics (rolling, donkey kicks, cartwheels) and Exercise to Music (gross motor skills, stretching, balance). By learning gymnastics skills, your child in turn will learn self-confidence, co-ordination and a true sense of achievement in a fun and safe environment. Each week your child will use uneven bars, balance beams, tumbling apparatus and trampoline.
GYMSTARS: 6-9 years
This gymnastic program includes stretching, flexibility and strength exercises to prepare the student for tumbling skills such as cartwheels, round offs, walkovers. The students will also learn skills on tumbling apparatus, balance beams, uneven bars and vaulting stations. Small class size to allow each child to progress at their own pace.

PLAYTOTS is a drop off play program for 2 and 3 years. Activities include Circle Time, Arts and Crafts, Gymnastics Class, Story Time and Free Play. Your toddler will learn to socialize, take turns, share and play with other children in a nurturing and cozy environment. GymFit provides a mid morning drink and snack. Playtots includes lunch time so each child should bring a packed lunch.
Enrollment is flexible. You may register for 1 or 2 mornings per week. We also take drop ins if you call ahead (24 hours notice required)

ACTION KIDS is a 90 minute action packed class for 2.5 to 5 years. Activities include Gymnastics, Music and Movement, Sports, Art.

Kenpo Karate: 3 years - Adults. Jiu-Jitsu: 10 years to adults For Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced.

Our Martial Arts program is specially designed to develop coordination, agility and a positive self-image. The self-discipline that martial art fosters helps children and adults to develop an increase in attention span and concentration. It also helps children to sit still and learn. The awarding of belts gives a feeling of success and pride.
Activities include Stretching, Basic Skills, Forms, Self Defense, Concentration and Focus Games, Japanese Terms and History of Martial Arts. Our teachers are Black Belts and have experience working with all ages and skill levels. We encourage our Black Belt Students to train as Apprentice Instructors and assist in class.

OPEN GYM is a drop in time for 1 to 6 years. Children have fun tumbling, rolling, climbing, jumping on mats, balance beams, bars, rings, trestles and ladders.
Open gym is supervised by GF staff. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
$6 per child. $1 for GF members. Please Note: Open gym times vary from one session to another. Due to summer camp there is no open gym during July and August. Check the schedule or call ahead 508-651-3838

KIDS FUN NIGHT OUT for 2 to 10 years monthly on Saturdays from 5:00 to 8:30 pm: Drop the kids off for an evening of fun for everyone. Obstacle Courses, Games, Arts and Crafts and Lots of Fun. Pizza, Drinks and Snack included. Pack pajamas.

• Appropriate tumbling clothes should be worn and socks and shoes removed by all participants and adult guests before entering gym area.
• Park at the back, Enter and exit the Red door at the back of the GymFit building.
